He has represented hundreds of accused individuals in Queensland in matters ranging from the most minor to the most serious.
Daniel deals regularly in all criminal matters including serious matters such as murder and manslaughter, robberies, assaults, drug offences, serious sexual offences, weapons offences and juvenile offences. His vast experience in many areas of criminal law extends to the trial and appellate level.
Daniel was also admitted to the High Court of Australia and New Zealand.
Daily, Daniel also appears before the court for guilty pleas, bail applications and work licences resulting from drink driving convictions.
