Supported Independent Living (SIL) is one of the most essential supports available through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It provides people with disability the help they need with daily tasks, routines, and personal care, so they can live safely and independently. SIL support is designed for people with higher support needs who require help throughout the day and night. It enables participants to build independence, maintain wellbeing, and feel connected to the community while receiving the right level of supervision and care.
