NDIS support coordination service in Perth

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plays a pivotal role in helping people with disabilities to access support and services that help them address their individual disability needs. lives and not simply their NDIS supports.

• Specialist Support Coordination

This is Level 3 Support Coordination designed for participants with higher support needs. A specialist support coordinator will help the participants to navigate challenges and complex situations while ensuring that services are consistently provided. Unless a specific level of support coordination is mentioned in your NDIS plan, you are free to choose any level of support coordination that best suits your needs.
