Key Responsibilities:
Assist in crafting recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
Collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs.
Coordinate candidate interviews.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Provide timely updates to HR Team and candidates.
