Retaining and concreting. This house out in West Brisbane had
a boulder and dirt-filled heap out the front. We removed the
majority of rock and dirt to make room for a concreted
section and added a 1m high retaining wall down the side to
hold up the rest of the land and give it the quality finish
it deserves. It was an exposed agg finish, unfortunately, we
didn’t get that after photo. It was exactly what the customer
wanted and now they can use that space freely.
Welcoming Eddy our new concreter to the team. Were hired to
do all the prep work so why not do the lot. Concreting open
for business!!
This home wasn’t much to look at when you drove by but with
the new concrete footpath and fresh lawn all the neighbours
are in awe. This was a 2-day project completing the scrape
back, removal of fill and the front and side footpath
formwork on the first day. 2nd day was concreting and
screeding along with topsoil and turf. Clients were super
happy with the price and result and it was good to see the
grass flourishing when we went back a week later to put the
final cuts in the concrete.
