Rogers Little Loaders Walk-behind saws are a manoeuvrable, compact 6.5HP unit on wheels with adjustable cutting depth anywhere up to 125mm deep. This quality-built units’ adjustable throttle, diamond blade, guide indicator and heavy weight ensures fast, straight and sharp long cuts. The ergonomic design makes it easy for the user to operate and provides a quality finish.
Our saws are fitted with a water tank which feeds water to both sides of the blade while cutting to reduce the harmful concrete dusts produce while cutting. Standing behind the saw away from the blade also eliminates dangers associated with saw kickback or flying debris. The blades in a walk-behind saw are mounted to one side to enable a cut closer to a standing wall.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Rogers Little Loaders use Diamond blades which only slightly wear due to continuous usage compared to abrasive blades. The particles of diamonds are welded on it in the form of segments using laser to a steel hub. The diamonds keep dropping off as it wears out and a fresh row keeps appearing. When the segment finally wears down the blade is required to be replaced. Diamond blades cut faster and last a lot longer than abrasive blades as the teeth are longer and hold their depth of cutting better.

Never leave saw unattended while engine is running.
Always secure saw from rolling when not in use.
Always start and stop saw with blade raised above cut.
When starting the saw, the operator should stand away from and to the side of the blade.
During cutting, do not exert excessive side pressure on the handles as a method of steering. Do not force the blade into material by lowering the blade too quickly or by increasing the speed of the saw.
Adequate coolant must be used when sawing with wet cutting abrasive or diamond blades.
In case of an EMERGENCY “SHUT OFF ENGINE.”
The blade guard must always be in place when the saw is running.
