Suiti Hicks is passionate about working with and teaching people how to connect to their bodies through her work as a Remedial Massage Therapist. She believes that there is no limit to your physical ability with the right mindset, and that mobility is essential to your happiness and living a quality life. Suiti Hicks uses a variety of massage techniques such as lymphatic drainage, pressure point, compression, kneading and stretches to reduce pain, tension, anxiety/stress and to improve your mobility. When anxiety and stress build up, it can disconnect you from your body and can lead to injury and chronic illness. The same rule applies for women who are also pregnant. As women, we can become even more protective of our bodies causing it to lock up, restricting space in the womb for baby to move. When you should be enjoying your pregnancy and trusting the intelligence and the strength your body has, to look after itself and baby too.
