I have been playing guitar for many years and have played professionally. I love the sound of the guitar, which is such a versatile instrument, especially as an accompaniment for singing, no matter what your favourite music genre is. I personally enjoy a wide range of music genres and my goal with teaching beginners is to provide students with the chance to realise that they can play and sing their favourite songs. My style of teaching is to adapt the content and pace of learning to suit the students goals and aspirations. I love seeing students that I have taught progress and the rate at which they improve when they really start to enjoy “making music!” Beginners don’t need to bring a guitar to lessons if they haven’t yet taken the leap in buying one as I can supply one during lessons.
