This Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas Electrical allows you to implement explosion prevention procedures in gas and dust conditions. It covers requirements for choosing, setting up, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and using standalone renewable energy systems and equipment, as well as ERAC regulations for an electrician’s licence.

The hazardous area training is intended for electrical workers who undertake hazardous area electrical work. The most common participants for EEHA certification are instrument technicians and electricians, although this training also applies to electrical engineers who conduct inspections as part of their work.
