THE ALL-ROUND PADDLE in Broken Hill, New South Wales
When it comes to learning to paddle, the "All Around" shape is usually a great way to start, especially on small waves. The extra stability will allow you to paddle with confidence, and the length will help your glide as your gain increases in speed to ride the wave. Once on the wave, the All-Around format will be very stable underfoot.
While a larger one is generally considered better for novice paddlers, it's a good idea to find a smaller SUP boards for surfing. You will probably want a board as small as possible while being stable enough to be balanced. If you are going to surf, you can borrow a commission from a friend, if possible, and try it out.
