Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visas: How Do I Apply? in Adelaide, South Australia
The Temporary Skill Shortage visa, subclass 482, is a temporary work visa designed for employers in Australia who are unable to source skilled workers from the local labor market. This visa allows employers to sponsor skilled workers from overseas to work in Australia for up to four years.
The TSS visa is divided into three streams: Labour Agreement Stream, Short-Term stream and Medium-Term stream. The Short-Term stream is for occupations on the Short-Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and is valid for up to two years. The Medium-Term stream is for occupations on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and is valid for up to four years.
To be eligible for the TSS visa, applicants must have an approved sponsor, meet the skills and English language requirements for their occupation, and satisfy health and character requirements. Migration Agent Adelaide will help you out in the process involved in achieving the visa.
