Weldlok Stair Treads are an essential part to any build requiring transition between floor levels. With a range of thicknesses, widths, depths and styles you are sure to be able to find the exact treads you require. Typical Stair Treads manufactured by Weldlok are made from Forgebar Grating in thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 40mm as standard. Recommended depths are between 245mm to 285mm and standard lengths are 600mm, 750mm, 900mm and 1200mm. As with most Weldlok products, our treads can be custom manufactured to suit most sizes and variants within AS1657. Not only can Weldlok provide you stair treads in mild steel forged bar grating, we are also able to supply a range of treads in aluminium, stainless steel and FRP. Weldlok’s Stair Treads can be supplied as bolt-in type, weld-in or in the case of FRP treads, bolt down. Our Stair Treads are available in plain or serrated for most mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel options. FRP options are available in a variety of profiles including P5 slip resistance rated grit surface. You can have your Stair Treads supplied with or without nosing. Most commonly for industrial applications, a yellow abrasive nosing is attached but Weldlok can also provide floor plate nosing if required.
