We’re Raise & Relevel, and we spend our days dealing with buildings that have shifted, sunk, or just don’t sit right anymore. Subsidence has a way of sneaking up on people. One crack becomes two, a door won’t close, and suddenly you’re wondering how long it’s been like that.

Truth is, we’ve seen it all.

We specialise in re-levelling and stabilising structures using slab jacking, underpinning, and targeted resin or grouting systems. Our polyurethane resin injections lift and support concrete slabs, driveways, and foundations without tearing everything up. Sometimes it’s a residential slab. Sometimes it’s a commercial floor that’s dropped just enough to cause problems. Same principle, different stakes.

We also handle void filling, crack injection, and water-stopping work — leaks, ingress, those persistent damp issues that never quite go away. There was one site where the water kept finding new paths no matter what we tried, until… well, that’s another story.

We work across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and on projects nationwide, including civil and infrastructure assets. Honestly, no two jobs behave the same. We assess, adjust, and fix what’s actually happening on the ground.
