E-bike, scooter, and other batteries are quoted after being disassembled. A $50 fee is applicable in advance to cover the inspection process.

You will only be charged for your battery pack repair once the battery has been repaired, checked, and ready to be returned. You will be kept informed of the progress of your repair. Should there be any issues whereby the battery cannot be repaired, we provide a detailed explanation.

All repairs are guaranteed and any failures we would love to have returned. This helps us to achieve our goal of building the best possible batteries for our customers through further iteration of the repair process.

Rebuild prices are based on the cost of BMS, the number of batteries, the difficulty of a specific battery pack, and limiting the price to no more than 2/3 the cost of a new manufacturer's battery whenever possible.

We investigate why your battery failed and provide a report, upon request. When possible, batteries are re-engineered to prevent any existing design faults. Our rebuilds are courture, hand-built with the highest amp hour batteries available, and double welded to connecting strips. Read more
