We’re PAUSE Cosmetic Skin Clinic, based in Pimlico and working with clients across Townsville and the surrounding region. Our days are spent helping people look after their skin, their confidence, and sometimes the things no one else sees.

We focus on non-surgical skin and cosmetic treatments, delivered carefully and with proper consultation. That includes skin rejuvenation, hair restoration for men and women, microneedling, facials and peels, LED light therapy, HIFU, dermaplaning, massage, and advanced technologies like Tixel and electromagnetic pelvic health treatments. We also offer tinting, eye packages, and waxing services for both women and men.
