This is not just getting sent a workout plan - I meet online with you regularly to check in and chat, you can vent, learn new habits, ask questions, I can supervise or coach you through a workout via video, whatever you need to get your goals achieved.

All clients have their own login on my PT platform where I set up your custom workouts, planning, record-keeping, video guides for exercises and more.
