This early discovery led to the formation of a purchasing group, where the organisation negotiated purchases on behalf of the group’s members. Group purchasing ensured that all of the not for profits involved benefited, and were better able to increase their buying power, and therefore the impact they had in the community. Not For Profit Purchasing has remained central to this approach, and ever since this early breakthrough, CCI have been dedicated to helping the not for profit sector achieve its goals.
