Start supporting participants from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Australia. We’re looking for experienced NDIS sole traders who can provide independent, one-on-one phone support and guidance to self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants.
This is a fully remote, flexible, and independent role — perfect for professionals who are passionate about empowering people with disabilities while managing their own time and schedule. You’ll engage directly with participants, offering guidance, answering queries, and helping them navigate their NDIS plans and services effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct friendly, supportive phone calls with NDIS participants.
Offer guidance, answer queries, and assist participants in understanding their plan options.
Maintain accurate call notes and uphold NDIS compliance and ethical standards.
Work independently with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Active ABN (Sole Trader Status)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
• Public & Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Reliable internet connection and professional phone manner
