We’re Meliora Projects, and we work in town planning and development across New South Wales — the whole state, from metro sites to regional blocks that take a bit more thinking through.

Our work usually starts with feasibility. What’s possible, what’s not, and where the friction points might be. From there, we help with planning advice, development approvals, and social impact assessments for residential, commercial, industrial, rural and tourism projects. Sometimes it’s a one-off report. Other times we stay involved right through, answering questions as they pop up and keeping things moving.

Truth is, planning can feel like a maze.

We spend a lot of time translating planning controls into something usable, then working with councils, certifiers and stakeholders to line things up. We try to keep the process steady and grounded — not rushed, not overworked. There was a regional project once where one small detail held everything up, and… anyway, that’s usually how it goes.

We work with developers, architects, project managers, landowners, legal teams and community organisations. Honestly, anyone who needs a clear-headed planning partner.
