Started with a full scrape back removing all old grass, weeds, roots, dirt, rubble, concrete, rocks and all the other surprises. Installed a fully automatic irrigation system with pop up sprinklers to the entire area. Levelled all slopes with a huge 27m3 of nutritious underturf soil layed finished with a hearty buffalo palmetto turf.
