Concept Care is a registered NDIS in-home care provider, specialised in providing exceptional care to clients across Sydney and its surrounds.
Concept Care are looking for experienced Support Workers on a casual, part-time and full-time basis. Applicants with broad and flexible availability are preferred.

Experience:
Broad availability
Support Work: 1 year (Preferred)
Individuals with a strong empathy and resilience, adept at thriving in demanding and dynamic environments.
Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to transport clients.
Qualifications in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care are highly regarded.
Ready to obtain a First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children’s Check, and a current Police Check or NDIS Worker Check.
Excellent communicators with a compassionate nature and the ability to think on their feet.
