We are inviting expressions of interest for the sale of a 40,000-litre underground propane tank, 50 x 45kg gas cylinders, and 2 x 206kg “Fat Boy” gas cylinders, currently located in Colac, Victoria. These items are available for purchase on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with the buyer responsible for transport and collection.

1. 40,000-Litre Underground Propane Tank
• Capacity: 40,000 litres
• Condition: Used Installed 2021
• Construction: Heavy-duty steel, designed for underground installation
• Compliance: Built to Australian Standards AS 1596 & AS 1210
• 2021 Teat Date
• Fitted with safety valves, pressure relief systems, and monitoring equipment
• Suitable for large-scale commercial or industrial LPG storage
• Secure fill and dispensing connections
• Electronic scales and cylinder filling equipment.
- Brand new underground pump and DPS Unit

2. 45kg Gas Cylinders
• Quantity: 50
• Condition: Used
• Additional Notes: Test dates vary.

3. 206kg “Fat Boy” Gas Cylinders
• Quantity: 2
• Condition: Used
• Large-capacity LPG storage
• They have been painted in red and black - non compliant.

4. 1 x 40ft Flat Deck Trailer. Used as a filling deck and storage deck for cylinders. Can be driven out.

Sale Conditions

• Items sold “as-is, where-is” – No warranties provided.
• Buyer to arrange and cover transport from Colac, VIC.
• Sold as one, no individual sale.
• Inspections available upon request.

3. Availability for Inspection
4. Confirmation of ability to arrange transport from Colac by no later than April 1 2025.
5. Any Questions or Additional Requests.
