Nothing needs to be done on this machine, it is ready for work, 1992 D7G Caterpillar Dozer, we have all receipts for work done on the machine, all Caterpillar parts and NO chinese parts or steel, it was never rebuilt to sell but due to health reasons I can no longer operate the machine,
The D7G has out of chassis complete engine rebuild and sand blasted and painted body, brand new Caterpillar heads, valves, springs, new glow plugs and harness, new injectors, new fuel lift pump, injector pump reconditioned, new fuel injector lines, all new Caterpillar turbo, pipes, elbows etc..., new air pre-cleaner, new camshaft, crankshaft and bushes, bearings and seals complete genuine Caterpillar parts, new front and rear seals, main seals, new pistons liners, rings and complete gasket rebuild kit, new water pump and relevant gaskets and seals, new fan belts, new radiator hoses and all other hoses, new radiator pressure cap and seals, special Caterpillar radiator coolant for this machine, new hydraulic hoses on lift rams, new seals and buckets on tilt ram, new hydraulic hoses from transmission to motor, all new clutches and associated plates, new alternator, starter motor reconditioned, radiator flushed and checked and is in good working order, new hydraulic pumps on main pump, new gear box seals and gear stick boots and bushes etc..., new Bare-Co seat, gauges checked and fitted new where required, 2x new heavy duty batteries to suit the machine, all new filters from motor to transmission and hydraulics etc..., all new oils from motor, gearbox and transmission, all wiring renewed and up graded where required, any broken studs were drilled re-taped and renew, same as all bolts and nuts over the machine, new track tension spring, track tension grease housing renewed with all new parts, brand new front Caterpillar Idlers, any grouser plate bolts renewed where required, sprockets, track chains and plates in good working order, under carriage rollers have been renewed where required, top track carry rollers have been checked and refilled with oil and are in good working order, blade and cutter bars and tips are all in good working order, HD hydraulic tilt ripper 3 barrel with new hydraulic hoses new bucket and seal kits, sand blasted and painted, all 4 rams on ripper (kits), renew pins and bushes redrill grease channels on rippers comes with a Tree pusher, Stick Rake, Cat blade quick hitch, nothing was spared in the rebuild of the Caterpillar 3306 motor and on the machine.
