This Marsden property had a heavily sloped yard that wasn't really usable. They didn't want to replace the old fence so we had to come in 300mm from the boundary. We started by building a stepped 800mm high hardwood retaining wall, installed a drainage system then layered and compacted 25m3 of CBR 15 class a fill to raise the backyard. Fence posts were also installed on the retaining wall with a pine fence on top. Another 10m3 of quality underturf soil from @centenarylandsc for a healthy base finished with empire zoysia from @brisbaneturf
