How does it work?

Dermaclens Spray has three main ingredients - Propionic acid, Malic acid and Propylene glycol. The active ingredient Propionic acid has antibacterial, antifungal actions and acts as a debriding agent to remove. The other ingredient - Malic acid buffers the solution to pH6 (near neutral) to provide a physiological environment for the regeneration of new tissue and also acts as a debriding agent to remove scab and necrotic (dead) tissue. Propylene glycol emulsifies the tissues, and aids in their removal. The cleansing action of the ingredients creates a suitable environment for the regeneration of healthy tissue.
