About the Role
Concept Care Disability Solutions is seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team supporting clients across Bondi and Sydney CBD.
We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals who are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of people living with disability.
You will support participants to live safely, independently, and confidently in their homes and communities.
Shifts are primarily rostered between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
Personal care and everyday living support
Medication prompts
Clinical support tasks including PEG feeding, bowel care, stoma care, and catheter support
Transport support to appointments, shopping, and social activities
Supporting community participation and skill development
Using positive behaviour support strategies when required
Promoting independence and dignity for all clients
About You
We are looking for people who are:
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
Able to follow processes and maintain accurate documentation
Respectful of boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
Open to learning, training, and feedback
Able to use common sense and sound judgement
Experience supporting clients with complex behaviours, mental health conditions, ABI, Autism, or high-support needs is highly valued.
A Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services is preferred but not essential.
Requirements
Current Australian driver’s licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Police Check (National Police Certificate)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR accreditation
Valid Australian working rights
Training & Support
