Taste the Barossa is a small family-owned company started by myself, Dallas Coull, and my wife, Nikki Coull. We met in 1997 while I was working in Greece and Nikki was on holiday from her home in Nottingham, England. We have three beautiful children, James (23), Georgia (21), and Tamsin (12). I have been involved in tourism in Australia for over 25 years, having previously founded Groovy Grape Getaways and am very proud to still see the Groovy buses travelling between Melbourne, Adelaide and Alice Springs today.
