Cupola Café is a friendly, community-focused café located in Hallam, known for great coffee, fresh food, and excellent service. We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional café experience to our customers.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate barista who:
Has minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a busy café environment.
Can confidently operate commercial coffee machines and dial in coffee.
Delivers consistent, high-quality coffee every time.
Has great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Can work well under pressure and multitask during peak hours.
