We take comprehensive instructions from you about the agreement that’s been reached. We then draft your agreement into a document called “Draft Consent Orders” which is based on a format that the court will accept. We also prepare another document called the “Application for Consent Orders”, which has to be filed with the court along with the draft orders. We then send them to you for approval.
